Our clinic in Istanbul

Our consulting clinic is in Nişantaşı, the central upscale district of Istanbul. Surgery is performed at a fully licensed accredited private hospital nearby. Location — Nişantaşı, central Istanbul

Our consulting clinic is located at Teşvikiye Caddesi No: 9/12, Şişli, 34365 Istanbul, in the Teşvikiye district. This is at the heart of Nişantaşı, one of Istanbul's most central and well-served neighbourhoods. The area is residential and commercial, walkable, with the major shopping streets of Istanbul (Abdi İpekçi, Teşvikiye, Vali Konağı) within a few minutes' walk.

The location is deliberate for international patients. Nişantaşı is well-equipped with high-quality hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants, and pharmacies. The surrounding streets are flat, well-paved, and pedestrian-friendly — important for the daily walking that is part of early recovery. Multiple consulates and embassies are nearby, which reflects the area's character as central Istanbul.

Getting to the clinic

From Istanbul Airport (IST) on the European side: 40–60 minutes by car, depending on traffic. We can arrange a private transfer if needed.

From Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) on the Asian side: 60–90 minutes by car. Most international patients fly into IST rather than SAW; SAW is mainly used for budget carriers from regional destinations.

The neighbourhood is served by the M2 metro line (Osmanbey station), connecting easily to the rest of the city. Multiple taxis are available locally. For most international patients, the practical pattern is: airport transfer to your accommodation, then short taxi rides or walking distance to and from the clinic.

The clinic itself

The clinic is a private consulting practice, set up for patient consultation, pre-operative planning, photography, dressing changes, and follow-up reviews. It is not where surgery is performed — surgery is performed at a separate licensed private hospital nearby, as is standard for surgeon-led aesthetic practices in Istanbul.

What you will find at the clinic:

  • A private consulting room where the in-person consultation, examination, and planning take place.
  • A photography and pre-operative marking room.
  • A treatment room for dressing changes, drain removal, and minor in-clinic procedures.
  • An English-speaking clinic team for international patients.
  • Patient-only access — international patient appointments are scheduled to avoid overlap with other patients waiting.

The hospital

Surgery is performed at a fully licensed accredited private hospital within the central Istanbul cluster, with full operating theatre, anaesthesia team, intensive care unit, in-patient ward rooms, and 24-hour nursing care. The hospital is selected for its surgical quality and safety record, not its commercial relationship with the clinic.

For your hospital stay (typically 1–3 nights), you will be in a private room with an en-suite bathroom, accommodating an overnight companion if accompanied. Hospital food is provided. The nursing team includes English-speaking staff for international patients.

Hospital details, including the specific hospital and ward, are confirmed in writing as part of your pre-operative paperwork.

Around Nişantaşı during recovery

Most international body contouring patients spend 7 to 10 days in Istanbul post-operatively before flying home. After hospital discharge (typically 1–3 nights post-surgery), you will be at your accommodation in Nişantaşı or a nearby central district, walking gentle distances each day, attending follow-up appointments at the clinic, and resting between them.

Nişantaşı during this phase works in your favour. The area has:

  • Pharmacies on every block, several with English-speaking pharmacists, for any over-the-counter needs.
  • Small good restaurants and cafés with English menus, walking distance from most accommodation. Restaurant deliveries are universally available through apps (Yemeksepeti, Getir).
  • Small supermarkets within walking distance for any basic provisions.
  • Parks and tree-lined streets for the gentle walking that is part of early recovery. Maçka Park, a few minutes' walk away, is one of the best central parks for this.
  • Quiet residential streets for sleeping at night. Despite the central location, accommodations on side streets are generally quiet.

If you are accompanied by a partner or family member, they can move around Istanbul freely while you rest — Nişantaşı's central location means the historic sights of Istanbul (Sultanahmet, Galata, Bosphorus) are 20–40 minutes away by taxi or metro.

If you are travelling alone (some international patients prefer this), the clinic team will be in regular contact during recovery and a single phone call brings help.
